Our premium Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon blocks offer exceptional quality with an average of 147 grams per shoot ratio. With a total production of 65,847 kg across 11 blocks covering 8.78 hectares, our Cabernet Sauvignon maintains the highest standards of the Margaret River region. The majority of blocks will be harvested around April 10th, with select premium blocks harvested on April 18th for optimal ripeness and flavor profile.

Our Margaret River Shiraz blocks feature exceptional quality with an average of 131 grams per shoot ratio. With a total production of 12,801 kg across 2 blocks covering 1.57 hectares, our Shiraz grapes exhibit the distinctive character that the Margaret River region is known for. Harvest dates are scheduled for late March to early April, ensuring optimal ripeness, intense flavor development and balanced tannins ideal for premium wine production.
